Fun With Food: Ham Cheese and Pear Wrap

In my opinion, this is much better as a pannini, but I don’t have time to microwave leftovers most of the time, much less go press out a sandwich. You can warm it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds though and that’s just enough to melt the cheese and hold everything together.

 

1- 10″ flour tortillapear

1 oz thinly sliced ham

1 slice (1 oz) swiss cheese

1/3 of a pear, thinly sliced

1 tbsp honey Dijon mustard

 

Spread mustard on the flour tortilla, followed by the ham, then the cheese, then the pear. Roll it up and tuck in the ends. Enjoy!
