My husband could eat tacos every day of his life and be happier than a pig in mud. I have a friend who feels the same way about pizza. Food logging types of dieters think you should make a casserole to eat the whole week.
But I’m the kind of person who needs variety in my diet. If I’m going to stick with any sort of diet, it needs to be with that in mind, so I made a rotating menu for my lunch entrees that gives me that variety while still keeping me on track. I also add a fruit or vegetable snack as well along with some trail mix or fancy nut blend for the afternoon.
