These are a great companion to the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.
- 2 pita breads
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Using a small knife or kitchen scissors, cut along the outside of each pita to create two pita rounds. Brush each round with the oil and garlic mixture. Stack each round and cut into 8 wedges.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until chips are golden brown.
